Production process

Preparation of disinfecting solution: After the preparation system of the disinfectant solution has been detected, it is called by the host after it is determined to meet the process requirements.

Preparation of Sterile Materials: Sterile materials are provided by the user and are connected directly to the filling machine by a fully automatic sterilizer.

Preparation of bottle rinsing and cap rinsing water: Pure water is sterilized at 127oC after sterilization and then cooled to 50oC to be sterile water for bottle rinsing and cap rinsing.

Preparation of Aseptic Compressed Air: Compressed air is filtered through a special PALL filter and becomes sterile compressed air for the cap sterilizer.

Air purification in the filling area: The air is fed into the filling area after being filtered by the initial efficiency, intermediate efficiency, and high-efficiency filters, so that the filling area reaches a level 100 (static) purification standard. (User-supplied)

The sterilizing and cleaning of the bottle cap: the bottle cap is sterilized and soaked.
