Applications

It is applied to PET bottled pure water, carbonated soft drink, juice, liquid dairy, liquid condiment and household & personal care products, etc.

Stable infrared ray heating system and independent heat balance device ensure the stable temperature of the preform, even color of the bottle and increase of the output.Special designed twice-blowing system can monitor the pressure in each mold in order to provide accurate real-time parameter for operator. It is easy for the operator to adjust the parameter and ensure the stability of bottle forming.

High-speed and high-accuracy diaphragm type filling valve: Equip air back channel which is separated from liquid carousel, by which, the air replaced from the PET bottle won't enter liquid carousel to avoid second pollution. Equip cleaning dummy bottles which can realize online CIP.

Sanitary and washable capper:Optimized cam surface design ensures the minimum impact force of the capper .Bottle discharging starwheel is screwing decently, so it is unnecessary to adjust the conveyor height during bottle format change.

This machine is consisted of main blowing machine, heating stove, auto sending pre-form device, filling system, capping system, electrical controlling system and pneumatic controlling system. By touch screen HMI enables all-around control of production process, each independent zone and time monitoring for bottle stretch blowing process.

Stable infrared heating system and independent heat balance adjusting device ensure consistency of preform heating temperature and evenness of bottle appearance color, which enhances yield.The heater adopts infrared temperature adjusting control. Each group of heating lamps in pre-heating zone and adjusting zone can be controlled and adjusted separately according to technical requirement.

The specially designed stretch blowing system ha real time monitoring to pressure variation curve during the molding process of each cavity, which provides the real time parameters for the technical adjustment. It is absolutely convenient for operators to adjust technical parameters and the bottle molding quality is stable.

The parameters as heating temperature and blowing time could be set according to customer's preform and bottle shape. While changing over different preforms, the only thing you need to do is select the pre-set parameters for smooth production.

The equipment uses fully close transparent windows structure with safety door system, which ensure the safety of the operator during the normal production as well as equipment's running.

高速吹罐旋主机稳定的红外线加热系统和独立的热平衡装置保证了预成型的瓶胚温度稳定,以及瓶的颜色和产量的增加。特殊设计的二次吹制系统可以监测各模具的压力,为操作者提供准确的实时参数。操作人员可以很容易地调整参数,保证瓶形的稳定性。

高速、高精度隔膜式灌装阀:配置与液体传送带分离的回气道,从PET瓶中更换的空气不会进入液体传送带,避免二次污染。配备清洁假杯,实现在线CIP。

卫生耐洗旋盖:优化的凸轮表面设计,确保瓶盖的最小冲击力,出瓶星形轮旋转良好,无需在换瓶时调整输送机高度。

在吸收国际先进技术的基础上,设计了吹填加盖机。本机由主吹扫机、加热炉、自动送料预制件、灌装系统、封盖系统、电气控制系统和气动控制系统组成。该机具有自动化程度高、规格稳定、生产效率高、成本低的特点。

特别设计的拉伸吹塑系统在各腔成型过程中对压力变化曲线进行实时监测, 为技术调整提供了实时参数。对操作人员进行技术参数调整和瓶模质量稳定是绝对方便的。根据客户的预制件和瓶形, 可以确定加热温度和吹扫时间等参数。当改变不同的预制件, 你唯一需要做的是选择预设定的参数, 以顺利生产。该设备采用全封闭的透明窗结构, 安全门系统, 保证了操作员在正常生产和设备运行过程中的安全。
